New to Heart Yoga?

Here’s some helpful information for your first class.

  • Come as you are! Everyone is welcome here.
  • Every class has some physical or mental challenge to help you grow.
  • There are periods in all our vinyasa classeswhere you flow to the rhythm of your breathing. This connects you to the smartest teacher in the room—your own body!
  • No one is here to compete. Just do your best each time and you wil thrive.
  • We have mats you can rent if you need it, but it is best to use your own.
  • You are always free to take a break if you need it. Each class is ultimately a breathing class; everything else is optional.
